Effective October 1, 2015, SuperShuttle BWI will service customers from the outer
curb located just outside the baggage claim level. Due to a contract change we no
longer operate ticket counters inside the BWI Airport.
Our pickup location is located outside of the baggage claim level. For domestic arrivals exit door #7 or door #12, cross street to outer curb pickup zone C1. For international arrivals exit door #16, cross street to outer curb, and walk left to outer curb pickup zone C1.
SuperShuttle CSRs are available at outer curb pickup zone C1 from 8am-midnight.
Terminal 1: Upon arrival, follow the signs to the baggage claim and collect your luggage. Exit door 11 from baggage claim area and proceed right to the SuperShuttle booth”. Door 11 is located behind Starbucks.

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the principal commercial airport serving Las Vegas and Clark County Nevada, United States. The airport is five miles south of downtown Las Vegas, in the unincorporated area of Paradise in Clark County. It covers 2,800 acres and has four runways. McCarran is owned by Clark County and operated by the Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA). It is named after the former Nevada Senator Pat McCarran (1876–1954).
In 2012 McCarran ranked 24th in the world for passenger traffic, with 40,799,830 passengers passing through the terminal. The airport ranked 8th in the world for aircraft movements, and had 527,739 takeoffs and landings in 2012.
As of November 2009 Southwest Airlines operated more flights out of McCarran than any other airport. Southwest also carries the most passengers in and out of McCarran. Southwest currently operates out of 21 gates, primarily in Concourse C. Since 2008, Canadian airline WestJet has become the largest international carrier at McCarran.
